Horrible customer service

I echo Charcole6s sentiment. I upgraded my phone and this app no longer recognized my subscription. To no avail I emailed KA Support, even wrote them on their Facebook page, to try & get the problem resolved. Crickets. I did try to resubscribe and it did not work. Ill be getting a refund from Apple for my subscription and deleting this app.
